5-Pre-delivery inspection and signing at the notary's
Final inspection with you and explanation of the various features of your new home. This inspection is done before signing, to be sure you are fully satisfied with your new home before officially becoming the owner. The final step is the sales contract and loan for your new home, and the keys. Once the owner, you are entitled to Ulisse Construction's after-sales service, an added satisfaction guarantee.
